-Follow the steps to set up a Team Block.
OPTION 1: To hold all rooms under one credit card, use the GROUP CODE and make one (1) individual reservation for all the rooms. Charges will be transferred to individual credit cards at check-in- ONLY.
(NOTE: All rooms will be charged one night room+tax on 12-12-10. So OPTION 1 will have all charges for each room held, billed to that card.)
OR
OPTION 2: If you want your parents to pay for their own rooms, then forward the email titled "Team Block Information" to your parents. The email will include the housing link and instructions.

All teams must reserve rooms at tournament hotels to be eligible for participation in the tournament. Teams that fail to register for tournament hotels or that cancel reservations will be removed from the tournament field.
